We structure private debt, sponsor public-debt issuances, raise equity, advise on M&A and disposals, and write the memo that goes to the board. Our mandates span family-owned enterprises raising their first private placement to regional groups taking a public debt issuance to market.

The work is led by two seniors who have lived inside the deal: a dual-qualified Founder/Managing Partner with twelve years of senior finance leadership and live BSE-bound transactions, and a Technical Advisor who chaired First National Bank's Deal Conclusion Forum for facilities above BWP 20 million.

Stones holds a Corporate Financial Advisor licence with the Botswana Stock Exchange — the same desk that sponsors listings, structures public-debt issuances, and steers the regulator's conversation on behalf of the issuer.

    We prepare the file your external auditor opens. Schedules, reconciliations, IFRS workings, supporting evidence — dated, defended, and keyed back to the trial balance.

    Where your auditor raises a query, we answer it. Where a working paper is needed, we draft it. The audit closes on time because the file was ready before it began.

    Day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly management accounts, year-end financial statements. Clean ledgers, reconciled bank, and a trial balance you can sign without redrafting.

    We take the books from where you keep them and return them ready for the auditor, the board, and BURS. Payroll, VAT and statutory filings are run on the same cadence.

Every output that carries the Stones name has been read, in full, by the partner whose initial is on the cover.

The file is dated.

Working papers are dated by the day the work was done. Not the day they were typed up. Not the day they were filed.

Margins are open.

The client can see the reasoning. We do not hide the working inside the answer. Adjustments are explained in plain words.
